- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Enhance staff productivity and engagement.
- Maintain stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment.
- Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
- Drive turnover in alignment with targets.
- Develop the fragrance category.
- Monitor and control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services.
- Conduct scheduled inventories.
- Manage sickness and employee turnover rates.
- Support beauty classes and provide short services across departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising specifications.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Manage warehousing and stocking of goods.
- Support merchandising updates and conversions.
- Operate the cash register.
- Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors, with a focus on customer advisory roles.
