1. Provide expert advice and support to customers in fragrance and beauty trends on the sales floor.

3. Sell products through in-depth product knowledge and customer relationship building.
4. Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news.
5. Continuously develop personal expertise and share it with the team.
6. Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
7. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
8. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
9. Perform cleaning and maintenance of sales floor furniture and products.
10. Support merchandising updates and conduct inventories.
11. Operate the cash register and handle additional daily business tasks.

1. Completed training in relevant departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the beauty or retail sector.

1. Excellent communication skills with customers.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluent in English or the native language of the country.
4. Communicative, reliable, and organized with a team spirit.
5. Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
