Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
- Drive a sales culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Availability to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, including experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
