1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed key performance indicators.
3. Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions.
4. Facilitate effective communication and feedback within the team.
5. Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member issues.
6. Engage in all store functions, including sales, management, and operations.

1. Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
3. Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in sales, profit and loss management, and team leadership.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekends and public holidays.
