1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Exemplify the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's DNA.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Coach and support team growth and development.
5. Utilize and interpret reporting data for operational decisions.
6. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback.
7. Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters.
8. Work across all categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
9. Manage sales, back-of-house operations, and team leadership.

1. Previous retail management experience.
2. Experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and team leadership.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
