Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Exemplify the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's DNA.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coach and support team growth and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data for operational decisions.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback.
- Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters.
- Work across all categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Manage sales, back-of-house operations, and team leadership.
- Previous retail management experience.
- Experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong communication and feedback capabilities.
- Client service excellence.
- Ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
- Capability to maintain a positive store culture.
A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and team leadership.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
