1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage in all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
8. Participate in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience with a focus on profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Ability to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
4. Eligibility to work in Australia as an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with a proven track record in sales and team leadership.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekends and public holidays.
