Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with Store and Assistant Store Managers.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage in all store functions, including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience with a focus on profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Eligibility to work in Australia as a Citizen or Permanent Resident.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management.

$32.24/hr plus Super, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
