Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the management team.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters confidently.
- Oversee all store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability to work a 38-hour rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to coach and develop store team members.
- Passion for delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$31 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
