Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
2. Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
3. Utilize and interpret data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
4. Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the management team.
5. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters confidently.
6. Oversee all store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability to work a 38-hour rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills to coach and develop store team members.
3. Passion for delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
4. Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.

A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$31 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
