1. Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's innovative prestige beauty ethos.
3. Drive a sales culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters.
7. Oversee all store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability for a 38-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
3. Passion for client service and experiential retail.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
5. Drive for results with a proven history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$31/hr + Superannuation + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
