1. Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Exemplify the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's innovative and prestigious beauty ethos.
3. Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize data reporting to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members and management.
6. Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters confidently.
7. Engage with all product categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
8. Participate in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
2. Availability for a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Proven retail management experience including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
4. Passion for delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
5. Ability to foster a positive and inclusive store culture.

Previous experience in retail management, particularly in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and team leadership.

$31/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
