Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Exemplify the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's innovative and prestigious beauty ethos.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize data reporting to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members and management.
- Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters confidently.
- Engage with all product categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Participate in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status.
- Availability for a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proven retail management experience including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive store culture.
Previous experience in retail management, particularly in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and team leadership.
$31/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
