- Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's DNA.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance.
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and management.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge for client and team matters.
- Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Previous retail management experience.
- Proficiency in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture.
Previous experience in retail management, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and team leadership.
$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
