1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters.
7. Oversee various store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience with a focus on profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.

2. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
3. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
4. Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous experience in retail management, particularly in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and team development.

$31/hr + Superannuation + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
