1. Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's innovative and prestigious beauty ethos.
3. Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and interpret data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team and management.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage with all product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and operations.

1. Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
