- Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's innovative and prestigious beauty ethos.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team and management.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, making confident store decisions.
- Engage with all product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and operations.
- Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
