1. Lead and support the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Work across all categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and operations.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
2. Availability to work a 38-hour rotating roster, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
3. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
4. Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
5. Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous retail management experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
