Floor Manager

1. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team.
2. Deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
3. Model the Sephora experience for customers, embodying the brand's DNA.
4. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance.
5. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions.
6. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback.
7. Serve as the Manager in Charge for client and team member matters.
8. Work across all categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

1. Open to working a 38-hour rotating roster.
2. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

1. Retail management experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
4. Passion for client service and experiential retail.

Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
