Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora’s brand values and customer service standards.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
- Act as Manager in Charge for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
- Oversee various store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Availability for a 38-hour rotating roster, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
- Proven retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Passion for delivering excellent client service and maintaining a positive store culture.
- Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Previous experience in retail management, with a focus on profit and loss, sales forecasting, and team leadership.
$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
