Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience for customers, embodying the brand's innovative and prestigious beauty ethos.
- Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and analyze reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
- Facilitate open communication and effective feedback within the team and management.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns and make store decisions.
- Oversee various store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach the team.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture through feedback and career development.
Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday work.
