1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience for customers, embodying the brand's innovative and prestigious beauty ethos.
3. Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and analyze reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Facilitate open communication and effective feedback within the team and management.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns and make store decisions.
7. Oversee various store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Experience in stock control and visual merchandising.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach the team.
3. Passion for client service and experiential retail.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture through feedback and career development.

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday work.
