Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with the management team.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, confidently making store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee all store categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
