Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with the management team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, confidently making store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Oversee all store categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.

$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
