1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed key performance indicators.
3. Utilize data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
4. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
5. Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns.
6. Oversee various store functions, including sales, management, and operations.

1. Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
