1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Exemplify the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's innovative beauty ethos.
3. Drive a sales culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge for client and staff matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage in all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
8. Participate in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability for a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
3. Passion for client service and experiential retail.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
5. Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets.

Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
