1. Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Act as the Manager in Charge to address client and team member matters.
7. Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
8. Engage in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability to work a 38-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
3. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture.
5. Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

Up to $29.04/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
