- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team.
- Deliver an unbeatable client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Showcase the Sephora experience to customers by embodying Sephora’s DNA.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data for operational decisions.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge for client and team matters.
- Open to working a 38-hour rotating roster.
- Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
- Previous retail management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on leadership skills.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
Previous retail management experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Up to $29.04/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
