- Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's prestige beauty ethos.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters.
- Oversee operations across beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, sales, and management.
- Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Leadership and motivational skills on the sales floor.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Strong drive for achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management.
$32.24/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
