Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's values and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team and management.
6. Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
2. Availability to work a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills
3. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills
4. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture
5. Strong drive for results and exceeding sales targets

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and weekend/public holiday loading.
