1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage in all store functions, including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
3. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
5. Strong communication and feedback skills.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
