Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
- Act as Manager in Charge for client and team member matters.
- Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Participate in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability for a rotating roster including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture through feedback and career development.
Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising is required.
$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
