- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed key performance indicators.
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters.
- Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Participate in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proven retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture.
A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and weekend/public holiday loading.
