1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed key performance indicators.
3. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
4. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
5. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters.
6. Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
7. Participate in sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
2. Willingness to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Proven retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
4. Passion for client service and experiential retail.
5. Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and weekend/public holiday loading.
