1. Lead and motivate the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA in customer interactions.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance team performance.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
6. Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
8. Manage sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
2. Willingness to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills to coach and develop team members.
3. Passion for client service and experiential retail.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
5. Drive for results with a proven history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous retail management experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising is required.

$31/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
