1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators.
3. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions.
4. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback.
5. Serve as the Manager in Charge for client and team matters.
6. Oversee sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience.
2. Experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience in retail management, with a focus on sales, people management, and operational oversight.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
