1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) to handle client and team member matters.
7. Work across various categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
2. Availability for a 38-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

1. Retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
4. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
5. Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.

Previous retail management experience is required, with a focus on managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

Up to $29.04/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
