1. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the store team.
2. Deliver an unbeatable client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
3. Showcase the Sephora experience to customers by embodying Sephora’s DNA.
4. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance.
5. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions.
6. Facilitate open communication with the team and provide effective feedback.
7. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters.

1. Open to working a 38-hour rotating roster.
2. Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Hands-on leadership with a focus on motivating and coaching team members.
3. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.

Previous retail management experience is required.

Up to $29.04/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
