Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
- Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) to handle client and team member matters.
- Work across various categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Availability for a 38-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
Previous retail management experience is required, with a focus on managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
Up to $29.04/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
