Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with management.
5. Facilitate open communication with the team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Work across all categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.

3. Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
4. Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management.

$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
