1. Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize data to support operational decisions in collaboration with management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
6. Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Oversee various store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability for a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
3. Passion for client service and experiential retail to uphold Sephora's brand standards.
4. Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback and career development.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
