Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize data to support operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
- Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters, making confident store decisions.
- Oversee various store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability for a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail to uphold Sephora's brand standards.
- Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback and career development.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
