1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience, embodying Sephora's prestige beauty ethos.
2. Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), enhancing team performance through coaching and development.
3. Utilize and analyze reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
4. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team, ensuring alignment with management objectives.
5. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns, making confident store decisions in a fast-paced environment.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Proven retail management expertise, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach the sales team.
4. Commitment to delivering excellent client service and maintaining Sephora's brand standards.
5. Ability to foster a positive and inclusive store culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with a focus on sales, people management, and operational excellence.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
