Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience, embodying Sephora's prestige beauty ethos.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), enhancing team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and analyze reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team, ensuring alignment with management objectives.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns, making confident store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proven retail management expertise, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach the sales team.
- Commitment to delivering excellent client service and maintaining Sephora's brand standards.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive store culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with a focus on sales, people management, and operational excellence.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
