Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead and support the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Coach and develop team members to enhance their performance and capabilities.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters.
7. Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.

1. Previous retail management experience.
2. Experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.

$32.24/hr plus superannuation, commission, and weekend/public holiday loading.
