- Lead and support the store team alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Exemplify the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with the management team.
- Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, confidently making store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Drive for results with a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and weekend and public holiday loading.
