1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed key performance indicators.
3. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions.
4. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
5. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns.
6. Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
7. Manage sales, back-of-house operations, and visual merchandising.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
2. Availability for a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Proven retail management experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data reporting.
3. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
4. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
5. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
