Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
- Drive a sales culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
- Engage with all product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store functions such as sales, management, and operations.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
