1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage with all product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store functions such as sales, management, and operations.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
2. Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
4. Passion for client service and experiential retail.
5. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
