Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Act as a role model by exemplifying the Sephora experience to customers.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coach and support team growth and development.
- Utilize reporting data to make informed operational decisions.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters.
- Oversee sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture.
A minimum of 3 years in retail management, encompassing profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional compensation for weekend and public holiday work.
