1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Act as a role model by exemplifying the Sephora experience to customers.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Coach and support team growth and development.
5. Utilize reporting data to make informed operational decisions.
6. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback.
7. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team matters.
8. Oversee sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
3. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture.

A minimum of 3 years in retail management, encompassing profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional compensation for weekend and public holiday work.
