1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's innovative prestige beauty ethos.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage in all store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
2. Availability for a rotating roster including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
3. Passion for delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
4. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.

Previous retail management experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$31/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
