Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Model the Sephora experience to customers, embodying the brand's DNA.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge for client and team member matters.
- Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability for a rotating roster including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills on the sales floor.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture.
Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
