Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the management team.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Work across all categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and career development.
Previous retail management experience is required, with a focus on managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$31 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday work.
