1. Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales-oriented culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the management team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Work across all categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
2. Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
4. Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
5. Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and career development.

Previous retail management experience is required, with a focus on managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$31 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday work.
