Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's brand values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
- Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team and management.
- Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters and make confident store decisions.
- Engage in all store functions, including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills.
- Strong communication and feedback capabilities.
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
Previous experience in retail management with a focus on sales targets and KPI achievement is required.
$31/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional compensation for weekend and public holiday shifts.
