1. Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Serve as a role model by embodying Sephora's brand values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and interpret data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team and management.
6. Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters and make confident store decisions.
7. Engage in all store functions, including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.

Previous experience in retail management with a focus on sales targets and KPI achievement is required.

$31/hr plus superannuation, commission, and additional compensation for weekend and public holiday shifts.
