1. Lead and support the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, prestige beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and staff matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Work across all product categories and store functions including sales, management, and operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability for a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
3. Passion for client service and experiential retail.
4. Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
5. Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous retail management experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising is required.

$31/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
