Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and support the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
- Serve as Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and staff matters, making confident store decisions.
- Work across all product categories and store functions including sales, management, and operations.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability for a rotating roster including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Previous retail management experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising is required.
$31/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
