1. Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters and make confident store decisions.
7. Oversee all store categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Eligibility to work in Australia as an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

4. Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous experience in retail management is required.

Up to $31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
