1. Lead and support the store team alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Exemplify the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the management team.
5. Facilitate open communication with team members, providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with management.
6. Act as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, confidently making store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Engage with all product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Open to working a rotating roster to support store needs, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.

3. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
4. Drive for results with a proven history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous experience in retail management with a focus on sales, team leadership, and operational excellence is required.

$31/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading.
