Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
- Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and analyze reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication within the team by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with management.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
- Engage with all product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, while managing sales, operations, and back-of-house functions.
- Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Eligibility to work in Australia as an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Leadership and team motivation skills.
- Strong client service orientation and experiential retail expertise.
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience is required.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday shifts.
