Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and analyze reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication within the team by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent dialogue with management.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage with all product categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, while managing sales, operations, and back-of-house functions.

1. Previous retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Eligibility to work in Australia as an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience is required.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional pay for weekend and public holiday shifts.
