- Lead the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Exemplify the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with store management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to the team and management.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
- Work across various categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as store operations.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture
- Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24/hr plus Super, Commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
