Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication with the team, providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with management.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
7. Engage in all store functions, including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
2. Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
3. Passion for client service and experiential retail
4. Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture
5. Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
