Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication with the team, providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with management.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters, making confident store decisions.
- Engage in all store functions, including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Passion for client service and experiential retail
- Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive store culture
- Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
