Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's innovative and prestigious beauty ethos.
3. Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the management team.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters confidently.
7. Engage in all store categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
2. Availability for a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
2. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members
3. Passion for client service and experiential retail
4. Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback and career development

A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

$32.24/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading
