Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a dynamic retail environment.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's innovative and prestigious beauty ethos.
- Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with the management team.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters confidently.
- Engage in all store categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Availability for a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members
- Passion for client service and experiential retail
- Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback and career development
A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24/hr plus Superannuation, Commission, and Weekend & Public Holiday loading
