Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Drive a sales culture to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance team performance.
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with management.
- Facilitate open communication and provide effective feedback to team members.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters.
- Oversee all store categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Availability for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Excellent client service and experiential retail skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and strong store culture
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
