1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Exemplify the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA in customer interactions.
3. Drive a sales-focused culture to surpass KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the management team.
5. Facilitate effective communication and feedback within the team.
6. Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns.
7. Engage with all product categories and store functions, including sales and operations.

1. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
2. Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

1. Proven retail management expertise in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
4. Passion for delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
5. Ability to foster a positive and inclusive store culture.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in sales targets and KPI achievement.

$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
