Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Exemplify the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's DNA in customer interactions.
- Drive a sales-focused culture to surpass KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the management team.
- Facilitate effective communication and feedback within the team.
- Act as Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member concerns.
- Engage with all product categories and store functions, including sales and operations.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven retail management expertise in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to motivate and coach team members.
- Passion for delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Ability to foster a positive and inclusive store culture.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management, with experience in sales targets and KPI achievement.
$32.24 per hour plus superannuation, commission, and additional loading for weekends and public holidays.
