1. Lead the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated, innovative beauty experience.
3. Drive a selling culture to exceed key performance indicators and enhance team performance through coaching and development.
4. Utilize reporting data to support operational decisions in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
5. Facilitate open communication with the team, providing effective feedback and maintaining consistent communication with management.
6. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and team member matters, confidently making store decisions.

1. Previous retail management experience, including managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire the sales team.
2. Excellent client service and experiential retail skills to represent the Sephora brand.
3. Ability to maintain a positive culture through feedback, coaching, and recognition.
4. Results-driven with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Previous experience in retail management, focusing on profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and team leadership.

$31/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
